Retainer Pricing

Retainer pricing provides a certain amount of content per month to the client at a lesser cost than one-off services. Our retainer pricing is based on “points”, based on the level of work required for the service(s) that the client requires. Points can be banked or rolled over.

Writing

• Articles (value 2 points*)
• Press Releases (2*)
• Blog Posts (2*)
• Advertorial/Content Marketing (2*)
• Briefs (1**)
• Website Copy (3*)
• Executive Bios (2*)
• Copy Editing and Proofreading (1*)
• Speech Writing (2*)

*Up to 800 words per point of content. Word counts can be combined with more extensive project.

Photography

• Headshots (1 point per individual)
• Editorial Photography (1 or more***)
• Event Photography (3 or more***).
• Real Estate Photography (3 or more***)
• Product Photography (3 or more***)
• Drone Services (value of services may vary depending on scope of project; may be combined with video services; Rob Alway is a FAA certified unmanned aerial vehicle pilot)

Videography

• Event Videography, unedited (3 or more***)
• Event Videography, edited/produced (5 or more***)

Graphic Design

• Display Advertising (1 point)
• Branding (2 points***)

Social Media Services

• Content Creation, see above services
• Social Media Page Operations (1 point per posting)

Some projects will include writing, photography and/or video. This may require pricing outside the scope of the monthly retainer. 

Some projects will command a higher price outside the scope of your monthly retainer. We will immediately notify you if this occurs.

Monthly rates cover meetings, answering emails, phone calls, research, writing, evaluating campaigns and providing updated progress reports.
